About Virginia Nava

I am Virginia!
I am currently an entrepreneur with a mission to make a difference and help others make the difference that they were born to make.
There have been two times when I have transitioned and redesigned my life, starting from zero.
The first time was moving to the United States. It was a major life transition for me because I left a community of 100 people who loved me, a career, and my whole family to live with my husband. I knew the language but had zero friends and didn’t know the city, and I had only lived in the US once in Chicago.
The second time was when I left an incredibly successful career in corporate. I worked in Corporate for 15 years, and what inspired me to pursue my marketing degree was to make a difference with words. I thought that if I had a big budget, I could use my marketing to create campaigns to make a difference. After helping build a brand worth 21M and traveling around the world internationally, I knew that my moment to make a difference had arrived. I felt my heart nudge stronger and stronger. And I was inspired to leap into entrepreneurship.
I quit my job with this statement: I want to make a difference in the world. I remember being scared of one of the people who hired me and thought he would laugh at me, but I looked so determined that he looked me in the eye and He said to me “Virginia go make a difference in the world”.
Now, I am an entrepreneur and I wish you know what I have learned over the years, I thought a good strategy will help me succeed as an entrepreneur, it helped on the marketing consulting side however when I launched my inspirational books and my message You are the gift, and I launched myself as an author and changemaker I didn’t know what I was getting into and that this will transformed my life forever.
In both experiences, I left successful things. We often leave things when they are broken or not working. It takes a different energy to leave something good to create something great.
What I learned is that to make a difference in the world, you need more than a strategy, you need yourself, your whole self, you need to know yourself, you need your strengths, you need your story, you need to know your patterns and how to transform your perfectionism, your procrastination, your inner critic, your patterns from hiding from visibility. And you also need to be able to combine your stories and your business abilities to make it one.
So, if you leave yourself out or compartmentalize yourself, you will eventually burn out. After coaching and consulting a variety of entrepreneurs, start-up founders, and non-profit leaders, as well as facilitating courses for thousands of women. I found a theme of the importance of inner work and outer work. You can have the best business strategy in the world, but if your mindset is all about having it to be perfect, it is that when someone says no, you go into a spiral of rejection, the lack of consistency will throw the plan off.  If you have clarity about your abilities and strengths, but you are disorganized and all over the place, then without a lack of strategy and how to connect those strengths into specific business tools, you will only go so far, and you will be spinning your wheels.
I also learned that we all need help and that it is super important that you align yourself with help from people who are aligned with your vision, what you want to accomplish, and with your gifts and strengths.

As a transformative agent myself, I often see that, in business, sometimes people forget the person. There is such a goal-oriented mentality that they forget that you exist and that there are things that are essentially good, and others that aren’t, for you.

From the principle that states you can’t detach business from individuals, I created the transformative power of your gift process. This means the process work from the inside out. It all starts with identifying your gifts to find your why and then outline your vision.

Whether you are looking for personal development, personal branding, communication and marketing plans, or business strategy support, each of them requires going within > creating > sharing your gifts.

My Story

When I decided to become an entrepreneur, I didn’t know I was stepping into a personal transformation process and that my company was going to be transforming me. I created my company for two reasons:

      1. To contribute my gifts to the world, and
      2. As a place where people could come together for the betterment of the world.

Underneath it all, I underwent a process of total transformation. I realized that my company was in fact me and that it would bring to my attention what needed me most.

Underneath it all, I underwent a process of total transformation. I realized that my company was in fact me and that it would bring to my attention what needed me most.

In the beginning, I tried to create a micro version of my previous career and it felt safe and right. In other words, I was creating similar patterns of overworking and lack of balance. However, I was yearning for a deeper meaning and more authentic sharing.

I became an author and that was a new experience for me, not only sharing my knowledge and expertise but also sharing and valuing my wisdom. From that point on, I was choosing to connect with my presence, get closer, and be more deeply connected with my own gifts and those I serve.

And then it was all about communicating them and making them available to others, realizing it was my mission to help others in bringing their gifts, ideas, and unique perspective to life as authentically as possible, while they’re bringing it to the world.

Strategic models, pivotal questions, and mind maps come naturally to me. As I navigated my business experience, I went through many stages and questions:

      • How do I create a business in which my authentic true essence can be shared?
      • How can I share a message that is from the deepest parts within?
      • How can I stop looking at all the hows and focus on what is really going to generate the impact and contribution?
      • How should I focus my time?
      • How can I create a business that addresses my strengths, while collaborating with others who support me in other areas?
      • How do I create a business plan and business model that aligns with who I am and the time I have and the difference I want to make?
      • How can I share my unique perspective on the world in a way that is understood and relevant by others?
      • How do I create a marketing and messaging model that isn’t focused on the fears of others, but instead goes a step further into their aspirations and the life they want to live?
      • How do I elevate the vibration of the world through the gift of words?

During my career, the last six years, in particular, I have created my own business models to answer these questions for myself and other business owners like me. I can help you, too. Let’s talk about where you are now, and where you’d like to be.
